Out of the mouths of babes...

Yet another funny quote at school today. While discussing the word "molt" during vocabulary review in our reading group today:
Me: "Does anyone have any ideas of what molt means?
J: "It's when an animal loses its skin or its fur, like a snake or a bear or a goat."

A goat?? A goat? I tried very hard not to laugh. :) I love my students. :)
